Why “Less” Doesn’t Mean “Lacking”
This Month: Clearing Mental Clutter
This Week: The Power of Less
“The more you have, the more occupied you are. The less you have, the more free you are." - Mother Teresa
Welcome to Wednesday!
I hope it’s treating you well.
If you know me, you know I love to watch cooking shows. Especially the restaurant rescue shows. Have you ever watched these?
The struggling restaurant always has a giant menu with dozens of dishes. The food is usually mediocre, the kitchen is chaotic, and the staff is overwhelmed.
What’s the first thing the expert does? They simplify the menu.
Fewer dishes. Better quality. Less food waste.
Suddenly, the kitchen runs smoother, the staff feels less stressed, and the food is amazing.
Life works the exact same way.
More stuff, more choices, and more commitments don’t make things better. They just make things harder.
Having less doesn’t mean you’re missing out. It means you’re making room for what matters most.
Fewer things leads to more focus, peace and happiness.
Yours in Simplicity,
-Jimmy
