Starting with Your Phone
This Month: Heart and Home
This Week: Digital Declutter
Weapon of Mass Distraction
Your phone might be the biggest source of digital clutter in your life.
Think about it. How many apps do you actually use? How many notifications pull your attention every day? How many photos, emails, or messages are just sitting there, never to be seen again?
It is like carrying around a junk drawer in your pocket. And just like a junk drawer, it adds mental weight. Every extra app, unread email, or buzzing notification is another little thing demanding your attention. And don’t we have enough of that already?
Cleaning up your phone is one of the fastest ways to feel lighter and more in control.
A Tiny Step Forward
Delete five apps you have not used in the past month.
That is it. Just five.
Chances are, you will not miss them. And once you start, you might feel like clearing out more.
Note: Paid subscribers will have access to a more detailed worksheet on this topic below. And of course, I’m always available with questions. If you have an iPhone, I could even help with some of the technical stuff!
