Friday Feels: Outdoors

Click to share.

Good afternoon.

I just wanted to see how your week is going so far and share a few feel-goods I experienced this week.

After Monday’s note about getting outside, I heard from a few of you. Your messages honestly made my day. Here are a few that really had me smiling…

“I left my phone and watch on my morning walk because of your email yesterday. It was awesome.” - Brad

“I have my Outdoor Checklist ready to go! Today we’re cleaning up one area and then enjoying the fruits of our labor!” - Carey

“Reading your newsletter felt as if walking by your side, Jimmy. A friendly talk, relaxed, rewarding…advice one can really use and easy to implement.” - Cristina

That’s the kind of stuff that matters. Small, healthy choices stacked quietly on top of each other make a major impact over time. And I’m so happy to be a part of it. :)

It’s important to remember that nature isn’t something we need to add to our lives. It’s something we return to when we stop trying so hard. The stillness, the slowness, and the space is already there. It’s just waiting for us to show up.

If you haven’t already, go check out Monday’s newsletter and print out the checklist. Just a few light nudges to help you pause and reconnect. Nothing heavy.

Hopefully the nice weather we’re having today continues into the weekend.

And keep the feedback coming. I’m doing this for you, so I want to be sure I’m adding as much value as possible.

Next week we’re talking about seasonality. How to align our routines, expectations, and energy with the natural rhythms around us and the transitions we experience in our own lives.

Should be a good one. Have a great weekend!

Yours in Simplicity,
