Friday Feels: Community

Click to share.

This week, we talked about community minimalism. Sharing what we have. Giving back. Making space by helping someone else.

Maybe you loaned out a tool. Maybe you dropped off a donation. Maybe you just told someone about a cool local spot like a co-op or tool library (or learned about one yourself).

I actually heard from one reader that they finally decided to let go of a small kitchen appliance they weren’t using. He was able to gift it to someone that happened to be looking for that exact same thing. He freed up counter space, and it saved his friend some moolah! Win win!

It’s a great real life example that shows when we let go of things we don’t need, we don’t just clear space at home. We open up room for connection, generosity, and purpose.

It just feels good.

So if you took even one small step this week, thank you. You’ve become part of something bigger.
